Dongguan Huicheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.(HCE) was established in 2008 and specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of PC power supplies and server power supplies. HCE has an independent factory located in Houjie Town, Dongguan, covering an area of 10,500 square meters. It has research and development team, consisting of over 10 professional R&D personnel. HCE boasts a comprehensive quality system and team, ensuring that every product undergoes rigorous inspection and testing. The factory is equipped with 2 SMT and 4 production lines,  which capacity of up to 200,000 units per month.

HCE has achieved ISO 9001 certification for its international quality management system. All raw materials and auxiliary materials used in our products meet RoHS environmental standards. Additionally, its product has received multiple certifications, including CCC, TUV, CE, KC, KCC, FCC, BIS, BSMI, UL, and 80 PLUS, ensuring compliance with both domestic and international standards.

HCE is a long-established power supply manufacturer, officially founded in Dongguan, Guangdong Province in 2008, and has been operating steadily for more than 15 years.
